Line Launcher
A hand-held launcher using compressed CO2 (16g Cylinder) to propel a high vis safety line and floatation pod accurately, safely and repeatedly. Maximum range 80 metres+, and can be reloaded & launched in under 1 minute.
Designed for ease of operation in even the most extreme weather conditions and environments, and ideal for situations requiring a line connection: Vessel-to-Vessel, Vessel-to-Shore, Man Overboard, crossing gaps and rivers, construction projects etc.
Supplied as a complete unit comprising one off each of Launcher, Pod, Line, Canister and DryBag, with two CO2 Cylinders. (All components are multi-use except for the CO2 Cylinder).
• The Launcher is designed as a low cost, mobile, single operator unit which throws a line 80 metres or more. It can be used for rescue at sea, in floods, mountains, or across rivers, and vessel to vessel.
• It also has uses in construction, power line maintenance, mountain rescue and many other activities - it is extremely versatile.
• A variety of lines can be used, lighter ones go further and heavier ones not so far.
